7. No fee / charges (if any) shall be refunded due to any reason.
8. Protecting your information / content is your responsibility. Do not share your account username / password with anyone.
9. Using any manipulative method to increase your own votes is strictly prohibited.
10.Exchanging any information with another party using Globarto.com's chat shall be your own responsibility. Any loss incurred due to it shall not be our liability.

Every feature on Globarto.com involves a certain level of trust. We trust you to be responsible, and several other users respect that trust. Please be one of them.

Get permission first　As a rule of thumb, you should get permission before filming other people or posting their pictures / personal information.

Globarto.com is not for pornography or sexually explicit content. If this describes your video, even if it's a video of yourself or anything that invades someone's privacy, don't post it on Globarto.com.

It's not okay to post violent or gory content that's primarily intended to be shocking, sensational, or disrespectful. Don't encourage others to commit specific acts of violence.　

Don't post videos that encourage others to do things that might cause them to get badly hurt, especially kids. Videos showing such harmful or dangerous acts may get rejected / removed depending on their severity.

Respect copyright. Only upload videos that you made or that you're authorized to use. This means don't upload videos you didn't make, or use content in your videos that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programs, artistic representations in any form or videos made by other users.

We don't support content that promotes or condones violence against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity, or whose primary purpose is inciting hatred on the basis of these core characteristics. This can be a delicate balancing act, but if the primary purpose is to attack a protected group, the content crosses the line.　

Things like predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, intimidation, invading privacy, revealing other people's personal information, and inciting others to commit violent acts or to violate the Terms of Use are taken very seriously. Anyone caught doing these things may be permanently banned from Globarto.com.

Everyone hates spam. Don't create misleading descriptions, titles or thumbnails in order to increase views. It's not okay to post large amounts of unwanted or repetitive content, including comments and private messages.　

Impersonation means, a user creates a video using another individual's real name, image, or other personal information to deceive people into thinking they are someone else or act like him / her for sarcasm harming his / her reputation on Globarto.com. Globarto.com discourages any such act.

A trademark is a word, symbol, or combination that identifies the source of a product and distinguishes it from other products. A trademark is specifically acquired by a company or other entity through a legal process and once acquired gives the owner exclusive rights to the trademark usage with respect to those goods.

Trademark infringement is improper or unauthorized use of a trademark in a way that is likely to cause confusion as to the source of that product. Globarto.com policies prohibit pictures and videos that infringe trademarks. If you upload content on Globarto.com that uses another party's trademarks in a way that is likely to cause confusion, your pictures / videos can be rejected / blocked.

If you are a trademark owner and you believe your trademark is being infringed, please note that Globarto.com is not in a position to mediate trademark disputes between users and trademark owners. As a result, we strongly encourage trademark owners to resolve their disputes directly with the user who posted the content in question. Contacting the uploader may resolve things more quickly in a way that is more beneficial to you, the uploader, and the Globarto.com community. Trademark owners can contact the user through Globarto.com's　private messaging feature.

Defamation

Defamation laws vary from country to country but usually concern content that damages the reputation of another person or business. Although the definition of defamation varies around the world, in general,　defamation　is any untrue statement that is harmful to someone's reputation or causes someone to be shunned or avoided.

For us to be able to process a defamation blocking request, the claim needs to be specific and strongly supported. For example, it needs to explain why you believe the statements are untrue and how it damages your reputation.

In some cases, uploaders willingly remove harmful content. Because obtaining a court order can be costly and time-consuming, we encourage users to contact the uploaders of the content in question directly.

Purchasing Votes

Purchasing votes for your videos directly from third-party (e.g. paying $10 for 10,000 votes) is not allowed.

Child endangerment

Globarto.com has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual content involving minors. Uploading, commenting, or engaging in any type of activity that sexualizes minors will immediately result in an account suspension.

Talent Seekers

People who may be interested in purchasing any art piece(s) or provide genuine / respectable work opportunity shall register as Talent Seeker. The person registered as Talent Seeker is solely responsible for the claims he makes and shall not ask for money or any favour from artists / participants in exchange of any benefit. Both parties can interact through the site and thereon personally to finalise a deal. Globarto.com shall not monitor any transaction.

Terms of Service

By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Information shared by you should be correct and can be used by us to make user experience better and to promote your content and our services.

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.

Don't misuse our Services. For example, don't interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. Some of our Services are available on mobile devices. Do not use such Services in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.

You may need a Youtube Account in order to use our Services. You may create your own Youtube Account or your Youtube Account may be assigned to you by an administrator, such as your employer or educational institution.

You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your Youtube Account.

WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES "AS IS".

Globarto.com, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business / client, that business/client accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Globarto.com and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees.

The site is a public site with free access and Promonet Media Solutions assumes no liability for the quality and genuineness of responses. Promonet Media Solutions cannot monitor the responses that a person may receive in response to information he/she has displayed on the site. The individual/company would have to conduct its own background checks on the bonafide nature of all response(s).　

Promonet Media Solutions will not be liable on account of any inaccuracy of information on this web site. It is the responsibility of the visitor to further research the information on the site. Promonet Media Solutions expressly disclaims any liability arising out of the said entries/ insertion/information/ data so fed into the network of Promonet Media Solutions by the user. Further, the user agrees to indemnify Promonet Media Solutions for all losses incurred by Promonet Media Solutions due to any false, distorted,

manipulated, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent or misleading facts or otherwise objectionable averments made by the user on the network of Promonet Media Solutions.

The user shall not infringe on any intellectual property rights of any person / entity or retain information / download any information from any computer system or otherwise with an intention to do so.　

Promonet Media Solutions will not be party to any legal proceedings between a user (e.g. a subscriber) and a party contracted through the site. In case Promonet Media Solutions is implicated in any legal proceedings, costs will be recovered from the party that names Promonet Media Solutions. Sending lewd, obscene or offensive content using Globarto.com forum chat is strictly prohibited; using the services of Globarto.com forum Chat in a manner which is meant to be offensive to others shall render the user liable for prosecution under the existing laws as applicable. Promonet Media Solutions assumes no responsibility for the nature of the content being exchanged using the Globarto.com messaging service.　

This Site reserves the right to charge subscription and / or membership fees in respect of any part, aspect of this Site upon reasonable prior notice. Promonet Media Solutions reserves its right to terminate your account without any prior notice for any violation of the Terms of Use. If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.

The laws of Delhi, INDIA, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in Delhi, India and you and Globarto.com consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

PROMONET MEDIA SOLUTIONS, all participating sponsors (if any) and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies shall not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, connectivity, Internet, or other computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any disruptions, dispute, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of PROMONET MEDIA SOLUTIONS or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.

Artists agree to indemnify PROMONET MEDIA SOLUTIONS, participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, death, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Entry Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India and any dispute, difference, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in connection with these Entry Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

None of the above paragraphs limits any other.
